In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, iterating and distributing bespoke editorial content in various formats through social media platforms. You will understand how to bridge quantitative inputs (the science) with the qualitative characteristics of content, creators and talent (the art), and you will be expected to use those skills to make informed decisions and engage influencers in our marketing initiatives. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated group within the Marketing org that maintains relationships with influencers and fans of our series, films and brand. The team works collaboratively with marketing, PR, media, promotions, and partnerships to increase engagement and reach for Amazon titles and brand. As the Creator Marketing Manager, you will lead sourcing and maintaining an 'always-on' relationship with influencer talent, and create impactful creator marketing campaigns for brand and titles.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Create impactful creator marketing campaigns across Prime Video brand initiatives and Amazon MGM Studios titles
  • Develop and maintain direct relationships with creators
  • Partner with talent, influencers and Prime Video internal teams to create impactful campaigns that drive social conversation
  • Drive regular communication and engagement with influencers
  • Brief and manage a roster of creative, production, influencer, and social media agencies
  • Oversee creator partnerships balancing channel efficiencies/target, talent goals and content creative across titles and brand campaigns
  • Collaborate with a range of internal teams (e.g. PR, legal, creative, Amazon synergy) to negotiate agreements and amplify impact
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise in the creator marketing economy and have a pulse on trends and leaders in the social community
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to influence successful, measurable marketing ideas, and plans while integrating influencer participation in our marketing, advertising, owned and operated channels and events
  • Build strong relationships and become a critical partner to the internal Prime Video series, film brand and PR leads
  • Create reports with data and insights pertaining to creator marketing campaigns
  • Develop KPIs and insights both internally and with external partners to benchmark expectations and goals

About the team
Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video. From award-winning shows and films like Fallout, Saltburn, The Boys, American Fiction, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Amazon is building a world class entertainment offering, and we are looking for someone with an entertainment marketing background who can support our growth.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
