We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive strategic transformation of Employee Onboarding Experience (EOE) Contingencies across Amazon's global workforce. This role orchestrates delivery across 3 VP organizations and 10+ tech teams to revolutionize service delivery through AI-powered automation and durable technical architecture.

- Build consensus and align teams toward coherent strategies, coordinating with business leaders, engineering teams, security and compliance, and product management to drive development progress
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and roadblocks across the program portfolio, initiating technical deep dives and organizing working sessions to solve problems and mitigate risks
- Communicate program status effectively to senior leadership, including writing compelling narratives and presenting complex decisions and trade-offs to directors and vice presidents
