As an AI Field Enablement Program Manager within WWFE, you will lead the strategic design and execution of global AI enablement programs. This role places you at the intersection of AI technology and sales enablement, where you'll orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives that empower thousands of field professionals to effectively communicate AWS's AI value proposition to customers worldwide.
You will partner with global stakeholders, subject matter experts, content strategists, and multimedia learning experience designers to build comprehensive enablement frameworks that translate rapidly evolving AI capabilities into actionable field readiness. This position requires driving operational excellence, establishing quality assurance standards, and implementing best practices that directly impact AWS's ability to capture AI market opportunities and deliver customer success at scale.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• PMP

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
