About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Theatrical Marketing team in Italy. This role will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for film releases in Italy ensuring smooth campaign implementation and cross-functional coordination.

Key job responsibilities

  • Creative Coordination & Trafficking

  • Manage print and AV campaign localization processes

  • Oversee creative approvals, clearances, and delivery for marketing campaigns in Italy

  • Coordinate digital and offline local campaign trafficking

  • Maintain relationships with media collaborators

  • Manage internal tracking tools and dashboards

  • Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing and Content Marketing Managers to ensure campaign alignment

  • Support marketing initiatives, events, and activations in Italy

  • Track and process marketing budgets and purchase orders for local campaigns

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external collaborators

  • Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain marketing reports and presentations

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research

  • Track campaign performance metrics in Italy

  • Compile and distribute local campaign insights

About the team
The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 6 or above, depending on the candidate’s skills, competences and experience.

The minimum gross annual base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include further pay components where applicable.

Your recruiting team will share final salary, depending on skills and requirements.

In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.

Italy - €30,900 gross annually.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing coordination or project management
  • Previous experience in entertainment industry or advertising agency preferred
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of marketing budget management
  • Verbal and written fluency in Italian and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
  • Understanding of Italian media and digital landscape
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
