The Last Mile WW DSP team is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our team in Bellevue, WA with a worldwide scope.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendars in various time zones
Manage worldwide travel for Executives
Manage expense reports for Executives
Organize and execute team activities (staff meetings, all-teams meetings, off-sites, and social events)
Work closely with the leadership team, program managers and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Help to develop and maintain new mechanisms for EA teams & stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
