AGI Data Services (ADS) is a global Machine Intelligence Data Services organization that provides a broad range of data labeling services for AGI and wider Amazon scientists working on LLMs and Gen-AI technology. We are collaborating with AGI-F to closely define their data collection needs and identify data that can yield best outcomes for AGI models including Agentic models.

In this team, you will build full-stack simulation environments replicating real software products with realistic data and workflows. You'll iterate based on feedback, implement MCP servers for AI agent interaction, create seed data pipelines, contribute to shared infrastructure, and manage coding agent fleets to parallelize development.
We provide full-cycle, high-quality data and services in multiple languages to power the entire lifecycle of AGI. We are looking for passionate and talented Software Engineers who have experience building innovative, large-scale, high volume, and distributed software applications. Alexa is always getting smarter. This role idea for a builders with high-agency with expertise in full-stack development who can ship fast and thrives in ambiguity. It expects builders to use AI tools daily, effectively managing multiple agents in parallel, with strong TypeScript and web development fundamentals.

• Key job responsibilities

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against tight schedules.

• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.

• Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers.

• Experience influencing software engineers best practices within your team.

• Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, typically ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and everything in between.

AGI foundational models and services can be used across all businesses at Amazon. Powering this growing in AGI is need for Data, that ML model depend. AGI Data Services is a key part of AGI org providing data creation, curation, and analytics services to help develop, test, and train the AI models. This organization generates ground truth data which is used to train machine learning models. The team works with various data formats such as audio, video, and images, and packages this information to be used by internal stakeholders (e.g., data modeling and product teams).

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
