Amazonのラストマイルチームでは、Program Manager, LMT Integration を募集しています。本ポジションは、テクノロジーと物流オペレーションの接点に位置し、グローバルで開発されたラストマイル関連技術の日本ネットワークへの導入および定着を推進する役割を担います。

本ポジションでは、グローバルのイノベーションを日本市場へ展開するとともに、日本市場特有のニーズに対応したローカルロードマップの策定およびスケーラブルなソリューションの実装をリードしていただきます。また、グローバル標準への貢献も期待されています。オペレーション、プロダクト、エンジニアリングなどの関係部門と密接に連携し、プログラムの円滑な導入およびオペレーションへの定着を推進していただきます。

また、日本、米国、EU、インドなどの多様なバックグラウンドを持つチームメンバーと協働し、インクルーシブで国際的な環境の中で業務を進めていただきます。

We are seeking a dynamic and organized self-starter to join Amazon’s Last Mile team as a Program Manager, LMT Integration. This role sits at the intersection of technology and logistics operations, driving the deployment and adoption of global Last Mile technologies across the Japan network. You will play a key role in bringing global innovations to Japan, shaping the local roadmap, and delivering scalable solutions that address Japan’s unique market needs while contributing to global standards. This role works closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful program launches and operational adoption. You will collaborate with diverse teams across Japan, the U.S., EU, and India in a highly inclusive and international working environment.

• Key job responsibilities

• 日本のラストマイルネットワークにおける新規テクノロジープログラムのパイロット導入、展開、ローンチまでの一連のプロセスをリード

• オペレーション、プロダクト、エンジニアリングなどの関係チームと連携し、品質・生産性およびドライバー／顧客体験の向上につながるソリューションの導入を推進

• データおよびオペレーションインサイトを活用し、パイロットのパフォーマンス評価、成果検証、およびローンチ戦略の策定を実施

• オペレーションプロセス、KPI、プログラム運用メカニズムの改善機会を特定し、改善施策を推進

• 導入済みプログラムのBAU（通常運用）を担当し、課題対応およびステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを通じて安定運用を確保

• Lead end-to-end pilot, expansion, and launch of new technology programs across the Japan Last Mile network

• Partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to deploy solutions that improve quality, productivity, and driver/customer experience

• Use data and operational insights to evaluate pilot performance, validate outcomes, and inform launch strategy

• Identify and drive improvements to operational processes, metrics, and program mechanisms

• Own BAU operations for deployed programs, including issue resolution and stakeholder communication

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in project/program management in an industry related to software, information technology or equivalent experience
• Experience gathering business requirements to develop technical solutions
• Business level of English and Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

• 修士号またはMBA
• SQLまたはその他データ分析ツールに関する高度なスキル
• 物流、輸送、またはサプライチェーン領域におけるプログラム／プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 複数の国・地域にまたがるチームとの協働経験
• Master’s degree or MBA
• Advanced proficiency with SQL or other data analysis tools
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain program management Experience working with cross-regional or international teams
