Amazon Fresh はAmazon内で生鮮食品を扱うユニークなビジネスで、本ポジションはAmazon Freshのマーケティング戦略全般を統括していただきます。具体的には、認知向上・新規顧客獲得・顧客定着化プロモーションの企画・実行・分析、日々の顧客データの分析・報告、Same-Day Deliveryサービスの拡大に向けたマーケティング施策などを担当します。
また本ポジションでは、正社員1名と派遣スタッフ1名の計2名のチームメンバーをピープルマネジャーとしてマネジメントし、メンバーの成長と成果創出を推進していただきます。
主な職務内容
- 戦略立案と実行: Amazon Freshの認知向上、新規顧客獲得、リテンション向上のための包括的なマーケティング戦略を策定・実行
- チームマネジメント: 直属部下2名(正社員1名と派遣スタッフ1名)の育成、目標設定、パフォーマンス管理
- データ分析とレポーティング: 顧客データ、キャンペーン効果、トラフィック指標の分析と定期的な報告
- クロスファンクショナルコラボレーション: ベンダーマネジャー、インストックマネジャー、プロダクト、オペレーション、PR、Legal等の多様なチームとの連携・協業
- デジタルマーケティング: Email、デジタル広告、ダイレクトメール、Amazon.co.jp上の プレースメント管理を通じたトラフィック創出
- グローバル連携: Amazon Freshインターナショナルチームとのベストプラクティス共有、共同キャンペーンの実施
- Same-Day Delivery拡大: 即日配送サービスの認知拡大と利用促進のためのマーケティング施策の企画・実行

必須スキル・経験
- マーケティング分野での5年以上の実務経験
- チームマネジメント経験

Amazon Fresh Japan Marketing Manager:
Position Overview:
Are you interested in joining Amazon's rapidly growing and strategically important online grocery business? The Amazon Japan Amazon Fresh team is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive our fast-growing online fresh food business.
Amazon Fresh is experiencing rapid growth in Japan as an online delivery service, and in this role, you will oversee all marketing strategies for Amazon Fresh. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention; daily customer data analysis and reporting; traffic generation through Email, Paid Search, and placements on Amazon.co.jp; and marketing initiatives to expand our Same-Day Delivery service.
This position will manage a team of 2 members (1 FTE and 1 Temp staff), driving team growth and delivering results.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase Amazon Fresh brand awareness, acquire new customers, and improve retention
- Team Management: Lead, develop, and manage 2 direct reports (1 FTE, 1 Temp staff), including goal setting and performance management
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer data, campaign effectiveness, and traffic metrics with regular reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Product Management, Operations, PR, Legal, and other diverse teams
- Digital Marketing: Drive traffic through Email, digital advertising, direct mail, and placement management on Amazon.co.jp
- Global Collaboration: Share best practices and execute joint campaigns with Amazon Fresh International teams
- Same-Day Delivery Expansion: Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of same-day delivery services
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience managing a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
