In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging training content that supports associate development. Using the ADDIE methodology, instructional design best practices, and collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), you will craft learning solutions that drive performance and business success.
- Key job responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create engaging e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning solutions that align with business needs.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct learning needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for training content.
- LMS Administration: Manage and maintain training content in our internal Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring standardization, accessibility, and reporting effectiveness.
- Content Optimization: Apply adult learning theories, gamification, and interactive elements to enhance training engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with SMEs, trainers, and leadership to develop relevant, high-impact learning experiences.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Measure training effectiveness using data-driven evaluation models and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee training development timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Design, execute, and continuously improve the training agenda for Cross Border (XBD) nodes, ensuring all content meets the standards and requirements defined by ACES.
- Facilitate and deliver targeted training sessions for Cross Border (XBD) operations as needed.
- Partner with the ACES team and Cross Border Program Managers to proactively identify skills gaps and develop targeted, effective training solutions that drive operational performance.
- Collaborate with the ACES team and Air Operations to assess learning needs, identify skills gaps, and implement appropriate training solutions aligned with program objectives.
- Analyze operational needs and deploy scalable learning solutions for ATS transportation programs (e.g. including We Pay, External Fulfillment, 2nd Leg Middle Mile (MM), and Seller Flex).
- Develop, maintain, and update learning materials for MM Carriers and Drivers within the Relay Learning Center and through alternative delivery methods, ensuring content remains current and impactful.
- Manage and maintain system accounts and permissions for third-party transportation partners within Amazon platforms, ensuring accurate access controls that support operational requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring tools.
- Experience with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy).
- Experience administering and managing LMS platforms.
- Experience in corporate training or technical training environments.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
