Sr BD Mgr, Strategic Initiatives, Amazon Now 10 minute deliery (Quick Commerce)

As a Senior BD Mgr within Amazon Now’s Strategic Programs team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling one of Amazon’s highest-priority, fastest-growing initiatives.

This is a high-impact role designed for leaders who can operate independently in ambiguous environments, own large cross-functional programs, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, translate them into executable roadmaps, and ensure disciplined, data-driven execution across the organization by influencing without authority.

The ideal candidate combines strong problem solving and program ownership with sharp business judgment, exceptional written communication, and great analytical capabilities. You are equally comfortable diving deep into data, structuring complex problems, influencing senior stakeholders without authority, and delivering results at scale. This role requires a high degree of ownership, bias for action, and the ability to build scalable mechanisms that enable sustained business growth.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences
• Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
• Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
• Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency
• MBA from a top-tier institution and/or top tier consulting company or strategy role
