【職務範囲】

  • Amazonの配送・物流システムおよびアプリケーションのサポート - Amazonの物流拠点にて発生する多様な障害・問合せのサポート

  • 必要に応じて各種プロジェクトのサポート
    【主な職務内容】

  • Amazonの配送・物流システムおよびアプリケーションにおける障害のトリアージ・一次切り分け・開発チーム(主に海外チーム)へのエスカレーションとフォローアップ

  • Amazonの物流拠点にて発生する多様な障害・問合せのトリアージ・一時受け付け・適切なチームへのルーティング

  • 重大障害発生時における障害のトリアージ・一次切り分け・エスカレーション・Conference Callへの参加 - 必要に応じて各種プロジェクトへの参画やサポートの提供 - 上記は全て3交代制の24/365のシフトにて対応(夜間帯は主に海外チームにて実施)

  • 全てのシフトは基本的にリモートでの勤務

  • Information dissemination to internal users

  • Automation of routine tasks

About the team

  • Provides 24/7 remote support for Japan FCs as JP-TOS.
  • 08:00-17:00 / 16:00-25:00 / 00:00-09:00 - Handles first contact, troubleshooting, and triage for AFT tools (SLAM, MAGIC, Shipping Sorter), facilitates Japanese/English conference calls, and supports projects as needed.

シフトは24時間365日3交代制 - 08:00-17:00 / 16:00-25:00 / 00:00-09:00 - Amazonの物流拠点の障害・問合せにTicketベースで対応し、重大障害のトリアージ・エスカレーション・Conference Callのファシリテート、プロジェクトのサポートを行います。

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
  • 3+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
  • 3+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
  • 3+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
  • 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of scripting language experience
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent experience required.
  • TOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent experience in English-based conversation and communication

  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to build positive working relationships with those around them and treat others with respect

  • Formal: Demonstrated experience in project management or participation as a project team member
  • Teamwork: Able to handle tasks efficiently as a member of a team
