Amazon Brazil is seeking a Program Manager to lead technological integration and optimization across Brazil's operations. In this role, you will orchestrate the implementation of operations tech solutions while ensuring proper localization for the Brazilian market. Working at the intersection of global tech capabilities and local operational needs, you will drive innovation and efficiency through technical solutions that enhance Amazon's logistics network throughout Brazil.
You'll manage program portfolios while coordinating with global, ROW Tech, and regional teams for feature development and deployment.
- Key job responsibilities
- Lead technology implementation strategies across various systems including DSP, routing, maps, SSD/QC, UTR, and PARP, ensuring seamless integration of global tech platforms with Brazil operations.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with tech teams and regional stakeholders to drive technical requirements gathering, prioritization, and the development of localized solutions.
- Collaborate with teams both within and outside your organization to deliver results measured by specific metrics.
- Drive operational metrics improvement through technology implementation, applying relevant tools and mechanisms to measure progress and communicate status to all stakeholders.
A day in the life
In this role, you'll spend your day working closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions at scale. You'll analyze operational requirements, collaborate with global tech teams on feature development, and ensure proper localization for the Brazilian market. You'll participate in strategic planning sessions, review technical implementation progress, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
About the team
The Program Tech & Analytics Execution team is responsible for driving technological integration and optimization across Brazil's operations. We work closely with worldwide tech teams, SME organizations, and ROW tech teams to implement and adapt global tech solutions to meet local operational requirements. Our team focuses on creating a comprehensive technology roadmap for Brazil operations, encompassing routing, mapping, delivery station technology, and analytics. We are committed to enhancing operational efficiency through innovative technical solutions that improve the customer experience throughout Brazil.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in project/program management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving process improvements
- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
