We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer II to join our new team in Bangalore, focusing on building AI-powered solutions that will transform Amazon's Seller Support experience. As one of the founding engineers in this new organization, you will have significant technical ownership and influence on our architecture and implementation choices.
You will work directly with LLMs and machine learning systems while developing scalable services that power our next-generation support platform. This role offers unique exposure to AI technologies while solving real-world problems that impact millions of Amazon sellers.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
