Manager, Ads Account Management, Amazon Advertising
Amazon Advertising is seeking a Manager of Account Management to support the US Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization. The Manager of Account Management Manager will lead their team to be strategic consultants for their customers, providing media insights that drive growth and build trust. They will leverage their experience and judgment to define organizational strategy, processes, tools, and incentives to maximize performance and accelerate growth. They will drive execution of strategy, ensuring the team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates, and other operational quality metrics. This role partners closely with US sales leadership, peer leaders in the Creative & Campaign Management organization, and product leadership to execute strategies to drive Advertiser Satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities
Grow and develop your team and automate inspection of your team's inputs and goals.
Become a knowledgeable partner and leader on Amazon Advertising solutions.
Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
Drive automation of repeatable tasks to increase speed to activate new campaigns and accounts.
Execute and inspect a campaign coverage model across high volume of campaigns, following standardized levels of service.
Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data to inform upsell opportunities.
Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy.
Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results.
Work cross-functionally with US LCS Account Executives and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
- A day in the life
- You lead one or more teams tasked with or managing a high volume of accounts/campaigns to drive coverage of foundational AM servicing
- You work on strategically important initiatives / accounts where revenue opportunity and media strategy may not be defined.
- You define the right team structure and overall strategy to deliver advertisers goals and achieve inputs and revenue targets.
- You strategically influence multiple external and internal executive stakeholders.
- You establish mechanisms to audit and improve your business.
- You identify revenue gaps/opportunities. You define and drive adoption of strategies to unlock them.
- You define and drive sales excellence standards and drive your team(s) to adopt best practices.
- You automate repeatable tasks through Amazon AI tools and workflows.
About the team
This role may support various categories/verticals based upon the needs of the business. Campaign & Creative Managers (CCM's) work with advertisers, AEs, AMs, Ad Ops, Design, among other teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience
