This role is an individual contributor role based in our São Paulo corporate office and is for a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed person.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Transportation Excellence team, supporting area mechanisms, writing strategic documents and looking for E2E customer experience. In this role, you will contribute to delivery quality by assisting in data collection, monitoring operational metrics, and supporting cross-functional teams in executing improvement initiatives, as well as connect all miles across transportation team.

- Key job responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with immediate stakeholders, sharing updates on task progress and escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Transportation and Operations to support execution of delivery excellence initiatives
- Assist in maintaining governance documentation such as meeting notes, trackers, and process records
- Contribute to the documentation and sharing of best practices within the team
- Lead weekly meetings with stakeholders to ensure operations plan goals remain on track (in three pillars)
- Write strategic documents (e.g., narratives, PR/FAQs) that clearly communicate vision to senior leadership
- Lead writing WBR, MBR and QBR documents with all stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- Program or project management experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Intermediate English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
