Prime Video (PV) is looking for a Senior Program Manager (PM) to drive advertising initiatives for the PV Channels partnerships team. The Senior PM will drive the planning, execution, and operational rigor required to scale ad-supported channel partnerships and monetization on Prime Video. This person will own the aggregated ad-supported selection roadmap and organize deal requirements and program-level artifacts on behalf of the business and partnership teams.

For deal execution, this person work between business, product, and technology teams to ensure advertising requirements are scoped, tracked, and delivered on time. For strategy development, this person will support Product Strategists and Business Developers with data analysis and recommendations to grow selection, supply and monetization for the business. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational instincts, a high bar for workflow design and stakeholder accountability, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where advertising, content partnerships, and technology intersect.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Own the ad-supported selection roadmap, maintaining a high bar for source of truth inputs: deal confidence, timelines, value estimates
  • Organize advertising deal requirements across business, product, and tech teams with clear ownership and execution timelines
  • Drive and organize operational planning inputs across partnership teams and coordinate submissions and reviews
  • Support strategy development by analyzing data and writing recommendations that inform leadership decisions on ad-supported partnerships
  • Establish tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and success metrics; identify blockers early and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, adapting across stakeholders and partners at varied levels of the organization
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across partner management, product, ad tech, legal, and finance teams for advertising partnership initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends in video distribution, CTV advertising and streaming monetization to inform partnership strategies

About the team
The Prime Video Channels Product and Growth Strategy team focuses on driving large scale and long term customer outcomes for live TV, free collections and paid subscription channels. The team's mission is to evangelize the Prime Video Channels business strategy and vision across stakeholder organizations and maximize the value of our technology investments for our customers and partners across our video Hub.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience establishing program requirements, analyzing data, and communicating recommendations to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Knowledge of general AI tools
  • Knowledge of streaming video and TV advertising landscape

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
