Assistente Administrativo, Sort Centers - Brasil

SOBRE A POSIÇÃO:

Procuramos um(a) Assistente da Gerência Geral altamente organizado(a) e proativo(a) para dar suporte direto ao Gerente Geral e sua equipe de liderança. O candidato ideal deve ter excelentes habilidades administrativas, forte capacidade de comunicação e habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas prioridades em um ambiente dinâmico.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS:

• Gerenciar agenda, compromissos e reuniões do Gerente Geral
• Coordenar e organizar eventos internos e reuniões importantes
• Preparar relatórios e apresentações
• Gerenciar comunicações internas e externas
• Coordenar viagens corporativas
• Manter documentação e arquivos organizados
• Atuar como ponto focal para demandas da liderança

REQUISITOS:

• Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo (precisa estar matriculado);
• Capacidade de manter confidencialidade;
• Experiência prévia como assistente executivo(a) (diferencial);
• Domínio do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel e PowerPoint);
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
• Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
• Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão;

Basic Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Associate degree or above in Business or a STEM related field, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive assistant experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
