The Value Added Services Tech (VASTech) team accelerates WW Heavy Bulky (HB) and High Consideration Technical Product (HCTP) categories by providing hyperlocal pre and post-purchase services across the product lifecycle. VASTech supports business teams across 12 marketplaces serve Customers across B2C and B2B use cases. Leveraging the expertise in offering regionally constrained selection, VASTech partners with eCF platform teams to also launch other regional product use cases such as MFN stores selling regionally constrained selection and Regional Fulfilment Offer (RFO) as a hard regionalization solution to define regional boundaries on AFN shipments. This document describes how VASTech leverages and augments the broader Stores architecture, key initiatives towards generalization and consolidation, and future opportunities for 2025 and beyond.

We are looking for an experienced, customer obsessed Technical Program Manager who is able to collaborate effectively with a technical team and be responsible for key aspects of the software customer experience on a new consumer service. In this role you, will lead the definition, and shepherd the development, of new features as well as important optimizations to the service. The role is inherently cross-functional: you will work closely with a high-energy team of software engineers, product managers, user experience designers, marketers, customer service leads as well as internal & external product stakeholders across the company. This role is a good fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is both creative and technical, and who is sensitive to and understands the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
