The role also involves training and mentoring team members, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement. A day in the life
Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations by managing team performance, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
Monitor KPIs, inventory, and workflows to maintain service levels, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Drive team development and continuous improvement through training, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
