Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Sr Technical Content Creator to join the Developer Marketing Team. Our innovative and dynamic organization is responsible for helping to grow our brand presence within the developer community, particularly around Agentic AI. In this role, you will drive compelling narratives and create engaging content tailored for developers, serving as both a technical content manager and an enthusiastic evangelist for agentic AI capabilities.

A successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with technical audiences, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and showcase technical solutions in a clear and compelling way. As a technical creator, you will partner with teams to develop educational, thought leadership, and product-specific content (e.g., blogs, videos, tutorials) that resonates with developers and scales across channels.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and deliver technical marketing content
Translate complex technical solutions into value-driven messaging for key audiences. Serve as a subject matter expert during product launches and events
Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps
Work with the community to highlight success stories, creating compelling content that underscores the value of the product or solution
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive developer awareness strategies that align with company goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of designing and producing content for a technical audience, such as Software Engineers, System Administrators, or IT professionals experience
  • Experience writing for developer and technical audiences - blog, product documentation, technical information
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
