JCFS(Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions)とは、アマゾンジャパンのFulfillment Solutionを追求するオペレーション技術統括本部です。アマゾンジャパンオペレーション業務の中核部門としてオペレーションの各部門を効率的に連携することに貢献します。
JCFSのリライアビリティー&メンテナンスエンジニアリング　ファシリティーズ部門(以下、RME-F)において、Process Improvement Specialistを探しています。本ポジションは、全国にあるFC部門(アマゾン・フルフィルメント・センター)やDS部門(デリバリーステーション)等多様な施設を管理するファシリティ業務において、データ管理・システム運用のスペシャリストとして、業務の標準化・効率化・自動化を推進する役割を担っています。
Process Improvement Specialistは、RME-Fが管理するFC/ DSなどの複数の部門それぞれの特性と業務を理解し、既存の業務プロセスの課題分析と改善策の立案を行います。複数の部門に跨る業務フローを分析し、データ収集・分析プロセスの標準化を通じて、業務の簡素化と削減を実現します。新たなシステムやツールの導入においては、各部門の特性や既存の業務環境との整合性を考慮し、段階的な展開計画を立案します。データ分析に基づき、施設の運用データと作業工数を可視化し、優先的に改善すべき業務プロセスを特定します。これらの改善施策は、部門間の違いを考慮しながら手順書として整備し、誰でも実行可能な標準化された運用プロセスとして確立することで、継続的な改善サイクルを構築します。
具体的には、定期的な数値データの集約作業を分析し、データ処理の自動化・一元化を実現します。また、データの異常値の検知や予測数値の自動算出等、担当者の経験に依存しない客観的なデータ管理の仕組みを構築し、増加する施設数に対しても一定の分析時間で正確な予測を可能とします。建屋設備メンテナンス計画においては、海外のシステムを活用したデータの可視化により、効率的な施設管理を推進します。ビジネスの複雑化と施設数の継続的な増加、既存設備の経年劣化に伴う保全ニーズの多様化に対応するため、保全実績を含めたRME-F全体のデータに基づいた管理体制の確立が求められます。

Key job responsibilities
Essential Functions:
・25%　RME-F業務プロセスの分析・標準化。Wiki/Workdocsを活用した業務手順書の整備と運用基盤の構築
・25%　VBA・Power Query等を活用したデータ処理の自動化・一元化。データの入力精度向上と管理工数削減
・20%　 新規デジタルツールやAIツールの調査・評価・導入支援
・10%　施設運用データの分析・可視化による改善提案。四半期ごとの改善効果の定量評価・報告
・10%　 グローバルチームとの連携。海外ソリューションの日本導入および日本のベストプラクティスのグローバル発信
・10%　改善施策の全国横展開とナレッジ共有

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
• Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
• Experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience in SQL Server/MySQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 1+ years of facilities management experience
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Experience in a customer-focused field or business
• Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience supporting team management in the context of a fast-paced production environment, in which frequent and significant customer interaction is required
• Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent
