We are searching for a Business Analyst II to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team within Content Publishing Operations. In this role, you will build and maintain the analytics infrastructure that powers strategic workforce decisions across our global operations network. You will own the end-to-end delivery of workforce metrics dashboards, executive reporting, and self-service analytics tools that enable leadership to optimize headcount investments and drive operational efficiency. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, a passion for building scalable data solutions, and the ability to translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Site Operations, Resource Planning, and our Tooling & Automation team to ensure workforce measurement frameworks are accurate, scalable, and drive meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable with light engineering work (scripting, automation, data pipeline development), and is energized by the opportunity to shape how a growing organization measures and optimizes workforce performance.
- Key job responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain workforce analytics dashboards and data infrastructure that deliver validated, accurate metrics across the organization
- Produce executive-level WBR (Weekly Business Review) reporting that informs leadership decisions on workforce optimization, capacity planning, and investment stewardship
- Own workforce metrics calculation logic — including productivity (TPH), utilization, queue health, and efficiency — ensuring data quality and consistency across sites
- Launch self-service workforce analytics tools that reduce manual reporting effort and enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions independently
- Execute on the team's technical roadmap, delivering milestones on schedule with proactive communication of progress and blockers to leadership
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting mechanisms, leveraging scripting and SQL to synthesize data from multiple sources (ATM, offline repositories) into unified metrics
- Provide analytical support to Operational Site, enabling rapid-response analysis for operational questions
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase scalability, accuracy, and efficiency of reporting workflows
