Workplace Support Sr Business Analyst, GREF Support Operations

Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between operational processes and technical automation solutions. The ideal candidate excels at analyzing operational data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. This role requires someone who can navigate complexity, identify high-impact automation opportunities and drive measurable improvements in service delivery, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency globally. GREF supports corporate offices across more than 60 countries and a workforce of 300,000+ employees.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Document comprehensive business requirements that translate operational needs into technical specifications for automation development teams
  • Examine service request data, ticket workflows, and operational metrics to map current-state processes and design future-state automated solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate process flows, and define success criteria for automation initiatives
  • Create detailed process documentation including workflow diagrams, data flow maps, and business logic specifications
  • Develop test cases and acceptance criteria to ensure automation solutions meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements, answer questions during development, and validate that delivered solutions meet documented specifications
  • Measure automation effectiveness and create business cases for automation initiatives by quantifying projected time savings and expected ROI

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
  • Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases
  • Experience in process design and documentation
  • Experience translating customer needs into business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience contributing to the definition and implementation of automation opportunities within an operations environment
  • Ability to facilitate requirements sessions and present findings to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and their application to workplace services and employee support systems
