
Administrative Support III, SC Topology and Inventory
About the role
The Supply Chain Administrative Support for the Topology and Inventory Team provides critical analytical and strategic support for Brazil's fulfillment network design and capacity planning. This position partners with network design teams and stakeholders to deliver insights, analysis, and recommendations that enable optimal topology decisions supporting business growth, cost efficiency, and customer experience standards.
Key job responsibilities
This role focuses on executing analytical work and building metrics infrastructure that supports Brazil's fulfillment network topology decisions. You will conduct hands-on data analysis, maintain network performance dashboards, and prepare reports that enable strategic decision-making by senior leaders. Ownership drives your approach to delivering accurate, timely analysis—taking accountability for data quality and the reliability of your metrics. You will Dive Deep into network data, running queries, building visualizations, and identifying patterns in flow, capacity utilization, and cost drivers. Deliver Results by consistently producing high-quality analytical outputs that stakeholders depend on for network decisions. Your work requires Bias for Action in completing analysis requests efficiently while maintaining rigor and attention to detail. You will Earn Trust through reliable execution—delivering what you commit to, on time, with clear documentation. A day in the life
Network Design & Optimization Support:
-Support network topology analysis and optimization initiatives for Brazil's fulfillment network
-Support network roadmap development with data-driven insights aligned with business growth
-Develop and maintain network flow models that inform inventory placement and order routing decisions
-Contribute to business cases for network changes including new FC launches, closures, or role changes
-Support S&OP discussions by preparing analysis on network capacity constraints and expansion opportunities
Data Analysis & Insights:
-Build and maintain network performance dashboards and KPI tracking systems
-Analyze network efficiency metrics including flow optimization, capacity utilization, and cost per unit
-Identify network bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with FC Operations teams to understand capacity constraints and operational realities
-Collaborate with Transportation teams on network design impacts to delivery speed and cost
-Partner with Inventory Planning teams on optimal inventory positioning strategies
Project Support
-Support network optimization projects by delivering timely analysis and insights
-Support successful execution of network changes by providing ongoing analytical support and monitoring
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools
- Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Inventory management.
