Amazon Advertising is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions—including sponsored, display, video, and custom ads—leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, managed service, and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to accelerate 'Open Internet' supply adoption across Amazon Ads international expansion locales. This role is based within the Amazon Ads Media Enablement Team (MET) and will be responsible for Supply Desk commercial planning and operations. You will be expected to assess the requirements of Amazon Ads customers across international locales and to work backwards from customer feedback to drive scalable Open Internet supply adoption. You will partner closely with local Ads teams and MET team members at a locale level to develop and lead end-to-end planning for our fast-growing Supply Desk commercial operations.

The hiring for this role is occurring at an inflection point for how international customers are leveraging Amazon's ad tech. You will have the opportunity to influence the way our largest customers discover, plan and activate campaigns across strategic CTV, web and mobile supply partners.

The successful candidate will have experience in both demand and supply side commercial operations, and feel at ease in partnering with buy and sell side stakeholders.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Supply Desk operational plans for Amazon Ads international expansion locales
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across omni-channel supply, Amazon Publisher Services, DSP and deals engineering and product to drive customer success.
  • Establish mechanisms to identify, track and improve supply access, activation and effective campaign delivery across all locales.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of programmatic advertising experience
  • Experience creating processes and improving tools with measurable impact on advertisers
  • Experience working with overseas partners
  • Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
