Position Responsibilities:

Orchestrate and drive strategic planning efforts, crafting detailed roadmaps that harmonize with the company's objectives and current market conditions, leveraging advanced technical knowledge of Amazon's proprietary tools such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), internal planning systems, and standardized operational processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with diverse departmental teams to collect crucial information, perform data analysis using Amazon's business intelligence platforms, and pinpoint areas for expansion and operational streamlining. Manage the execution of planning methodologies following Amazon's leadership principles and operational excellence framework, track essential performance metrics through automated dashboards, and deliver consistent progress reports to key stakeholders regarding the advancement of strategic goals.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and ten years of experience in strategic planning, the job offered, or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using business intelligence tools; (2) advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS); (3) strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to lead cross-functional teams; (4) experience presenting complex information to diverse stakeholders; (5) experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals; (6) track record of driving operational efficiency and identifying growth opportunities through strategic planning initiatives.
