We’re hiring an Auto-cad Engineers for our Engineering team who would play a pivotal role in designing Fulfillment Centers / Sort Center / Last mile stations / GSF building designs
AutoCAD Solutions Engineer will prepare the final copy of the blueprint by incorporating all the details, which are in the rough sketch prepared by architects/managers, into a computerized drawing in AutoCAD

A day in the life

• He/she will have to use the AutoCAD drawing software to prepare final plans. The person should be skill-full and specialized to do the job as he/she will have to draw multilevel buildings, machines, storage systems, conveyors, circuits and high rises which can be complicated.
• Buildings to be designed efficiently using AutoCAD Software to meet local and international design standards. Buildings design range up to G+4 using Light Gauge Steel Profiles, hot rolled steel sections.
• Architectural plan detailing, sectional details, typical detailing, detailed shop drawing for manufacturing Pre-engineered modular buildings.
• Design and/modify drawings for storage systems, including multitier racking and shelving systems, process design layouts, for large/medium scale warehouses, distribution centers, using conveyance/automation – ASRS, VNA, Automated pack stations, pick to light, put to light systems etc.
• Co-ordinate and execute the list of jobs to be detailed in accordance with the design requirements
• Ensure that detailing meets the local criteria / regulations and company specific standard detailing.
• Ensure that internal procedures are maintained and produce reports as required.
• Contribute to improving designs and detailing.
  AutoCAD drafting of steel framed, Pre-Engineered Buildings, storage systems with/without conveyance/automation, process layouts for large factories, distribution centers, storage hubs.

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, or experience working directly with engineering teams
• Experience in AutoCAD 3D
• 3+ years of reading and understanding schematics and building drawings experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge with warehouse design is preferred
