Position Responsibilities:
Drive and deliver supplier quality management, including standard quality management systems. Lead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions response. Lead and perform site audits. Develop KPIs or use existing KPIs to monitor processes and ensure they are operating at some level of process quality. Assess risk and build processes that prevent negative customer experiences due to process risks. Deliver solutions to complex problems through in-depth data analysis and forensics by using methodical approaches, along with experience, innovation and judgment to make decisions that may be based on partial. Provide input into developing and publishing the organization’s quality policy. Align cross-functionally, influencing a broad spectrum of stakeholders to deliver on the quality policy.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $145,184/year to $217,400/year.

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; (2) presenting data and insights to senior leadership, articulating tradeoffs, and communicating strategy and results; (3) project management or program management experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams; and (4) performing data collection data analysis using statistical tools including Tableau, Excel, Quick Sight, or related tool. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.#0000
