Position: HR Specialist III (multiple positions available) AMZ15055.9
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Multiple Positions Available:
- Process and coordinate global compensation programs, including annual compensation planning cycles, promotion reviews, and incentive plan and local compensation implementations.
- Implement and maintain compensation programs and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute compensation initiatives, providing technical support for global compensation and promotion processes.
- Review and validate complex compensation adjustments, incentive plans, and local compensation programs according to established guidelines.
- Analyze compensation data and create comprehensive reports to drive program improvements and ensure market competitiveness.
- Develop standard operating procedures for compensation-related processes, ensuring consistent program delivery and quality control.
- Monitor compensation program effectiveness through metrics and feedback, implementing process improvements and automation solutions.
- Domestic travel up to 10% to perform role responsibilities may be required
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $113,300/year to $ 160,000/year)

Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or related discipline and 3 years of experience in job offered or Human Resources related occupation.
Experience must include:
- 3 years of experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- 3 years of experience in working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3 years of experience in program or project management.
The pay range for this position in Spartanburg, SC is $113,300/year to $ 160,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
