Amazon Hub (formerly I Have Space program) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive distribution expansion through strategic lead generation and store onboarding initiatives. This role will be instrumental in expanding our last-mile delivery network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding retail partners who serve as delivery points for Amazon customers.
Key job responsibilities
Lead Generation & Distribution Expansion
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify potential Amazon Hub partner locations
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective retail partners across assigned territories
- Analyze market data and demographics to prioritize high-value expansion opportunities
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual store onboarding targets
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement go-to-market approaches tailored to different retail segments and geographic markets
- Create compelling value propositions that resonate with potential partner stores
- Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and training materials for field teams
- Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize conversion rates
Stakeholder Engagement & Field Operations
- Partner closely with last-mile station teams including Cluster Managers, Site Leads, team leads, and ADEs (Account development executives)
- Enable and empower field teams to conduct effective store visits and partner conversations
- Conduct joint field visits to model best practices and provide hands-on coaching
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless program execution
Program Management & Operations
- Own end-to-end onboarding process from initial contact through store activation
- Track and report on key performance metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-activation
- Identify and remove blockers that impede store onboarding progress
- Implement process improvements to scale operations efficiently
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Create executive-level dashboards and reports on program performance
- Conduct post-mortems on successful and unsuccessful onboarding attempts
- Use insights to continuously refine lead generation and conversion strategies
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- MBA
