Amazon Hub (formerly I Have Space program) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive distribution expansion through strategic lead generation and store onboarding initiatives. This role will be instrumental in expanding our last-mile delivery network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding retail partners who serve as delivery points for Amazon customers.

Key job responsibilities

Lead Generation & Distribution Expansion

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify potential Amazon Hub partner locations
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective retail partners across assigned territories
  • Analyze market data and demographics to prioritize high-value expansion opportunities
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual store onboarding targets

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement go-to-market approaches tailored to different retail segments and geographic markets
  • Create compelling value propositions that resonate with potential partner stores
  • Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and training materials for field teams
  • Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize conversion rates

Stakeholder Engagement & Field Operations

  • Partner closely with last-mile station teams including Cluster Managers, Site Leads, team leads, and ADEs (Account development executives)
  • Enable and empower field teams to conduct effective store visits and partner conversations
  • Conduct joint field visits to model best practices and provide hands-on coaching
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless program execution

Program Management & Operations

  • Own end-to-end onboarding process from initial contact through store activation
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-activation
  • Identify and remove blockers that impede store onboarding progress
  • Implement process improvements to scale operations efficiently

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Create executive-level dashboards and reports on program performance
  • Conduct post-mortems on successful and unsuccessful onboarding attempts
  • Use insights to continuously refine lead generation and conversion strategies

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
  • MBA
