· Attending and making German Language calls
· Knowledge of Accounts Payable –Procure to Pay
· Addressing German Supplier Queries
· Verifying invoices and payments in ERP
· Non Inventory Vendor Invoice payments
· Invoice on-holds
· Solving complex employee/vendor issues and proactively heading off negative service trends.
· Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
· Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 %.
· Able to meet the productivity target set.
· Payment holds research processing & Quality check for invoices matched.

A day in the life

Vendor contact management in German Language:

Invoice & payment researches
Collaboration with business and internal teams
while addressing vendor queries, verify and validate invoice status in various internal tools, abide by Amazon communication policies.

About the team
Corporate AP team is responsible for processing invoices, credit notes, manage vendor contacts, process employee expense, corporate card payments, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: 1) Certified German Language Specialist- B2 certified (written & oral) 2) Bachelor/Masters Degree with any specialization 2) Prior experience of at least 3+ years in accounts payable/finance/Procure to Pay process. 3) Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience withe German Language Specialization.
