The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site’s medical representative in the Delivery Station. Overall, The OMR will provide first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, participate and implement a site wellness program.

- Provide triage, first aid and/or referral to outside medical provider, if indicated
- Maintain all records of treatment given to associates
- Maintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in the care of associates
- Train managers and associate
- Provide daily activity logs to leadership team
- Provide analysis of all incidents monthly basis
- Frequently attend and speak at “stand-up” meetings
- This role Requires to rotate shifts. This is not a remote position.
A day in the life
You will report to the WHS Manager. You will support an assigned site as medical representative. You will manage the Am Care room and attend to occupational health prevention and medical emergency cases on site. You will manage Am Care supplies stock and procurement, and emergency equipment inspection. You will maintain associate confidentiality and keep controlled access to the Am Care room.

Basic Qualifications
- Valid card evidencing successful completion of a First Aid, CPR, and AED course from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- 1+ years of logistics operations experience
- Bachelor's degree as Medical Doctor (Médico Cirujano) or in Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermeria)
Preferred Qualifications
- EMT-Basic Certification from Red Cross or Similar
- Certified to teach First Aid, CPR, and AED
