In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art critical infrastructure facilities based in Singapore. You will collaborate with a world-class technical team, working alongside some of the brightest and most talented engineers in the data center industry. This position offers the opportunity to work with highly experienced professionals while developing your skills and advancing your career within one of the most innovative and progressive technology companies in the world.

Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance on various facility equipment (such as electrical and mechanical, control, and fire-fighting systems), managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations.

This role starts with 12-months contractual term with opportunity to convert to permanent full time employment.

• Key job responsibilities
• You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment’s, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU),fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)batteries, and generators.
• Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA.
• Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
• Degree, Diploma, or NITEC certification in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or any related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems commonly used in data center environments. Equipment experience includes (but is not limited to): Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU/CRAHU), ACMV, Pumps, Leak detection systems, Roller shutters, Power distribution boards, UPS and batteries system, Generators

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Center engineering or operations experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems, or computerized maintenance management systems
