About the role

The Product Operations group is seeking an Senior Operations Program Manager who is excited to work on product that our customers love. We play a critical role in the hardware development process, from pre-concept to launch. Our team ensures successful product launches and ongoing support, enhances the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drives continuous improvement for the company.

As a Senior Operations Program Manager, you will collaborate with an experienced, cross-disciplinary team to conceive, design, and develop innovative consumer products. You must be responsive, flexible, and capable of thriving in an open, collaborative peer environment.

This role is focused on Pre-Concept engagement with Product Management and Engineering to align on our roadmap and engagement model for our next generations products. This responsibility also spans through the product life, if product-line level operations re-engagement is required.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Deliver results on complex projects involving cross functional teams across the company

  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and product definition

  • Contribute to and influence new product design and architecture

  • Understand current system capabilities and limitations

  • Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver a quality product on time and at cost

  • This role require some international travel to suppliers

  • A day in the life

  • Think big on what we need to deliver for our customer

  • Engage with Industrial Design, Engineering and Product Management teams to understand the product design language, roadmap and Product Management strategy

  • Learn about new technologies from Engineering and Supply Chain

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field
  • Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
