The Amazon Ads Growth Marketing Team enhances partner expertise, capabilities, and visibility through bespoke marketing programs that foster growth for advertisers, partners, and Amazon Ads. We are looking for an experienced and self-starting Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to lead co-marketing initiatives for our Amazon Ads partners in China. In this role, you will drive partner exposure and visibility through strategic co-marketing programs, leveraging comprehensive frameworks that provide partners with marketing resources and opportunities based on their engagement level and strategic importance.
Based on overall Amazon Ads vision, you will build comprehensive co-marketing frameworks, execute joint marketing activities with partners, and manage advertiser-facing marketing strategy across China's digital landscape. Your work will directly impact partner visibility and growth while supporting our mission to establish regional partners as leaders in advertising excellence. You will be joining an APAC team focusing on China and Japan, and exploring opportunities outside of those two countries.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Develop Co-Marketing Strategy: Build comprehensive co-marketing frameworks aligning with global standards while addressing regional market dynamics and cultural preferences.
  • Execute Partner Campaigns: Lead joint marketing activities and collaborative campaigns with strategic partners to drive mutual growth and visibility.
  • Manage Industry Events: Plan and execute partner-focused events and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and maximize partner exposure.
  • Drive Digital Marketing: Develop and execute advertiser-facing marketing strategy across regional digital platforms and social channels.
  • Optimize Marketing Investment: Manage marketing fund allocation to ensure strategic investment in high-impact partner initiatives with measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver comprehensive marketing support for partner ecosystem.
  • Measure Program Impact: Track engagement metrics and campaign performance to continuously improve co-marketing program effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience in Amazon Ads or Digital Ads industry with understanding of programmatic advertising landscape.
  • Proven co-marketing and collaborative campaign experience with measurable results and demonstrated ROI impact.
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale events and industry conferences with focus on business relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of China's digital marketing ecosystem and social media landscape.
  • Fluent or native Mandarin Chinese and fluent or business-level English with excellent communication skills and cultural intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs
  • Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media
  • Event management experience for technology industry conferences and executive-level engagement.
