Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is seeking an innovative and strategic Operations Learning Manager to drive operational excellence through world-class learning programs that reduce defects, accelerate adoption, and build organizational capability at scale. GREF supports corporate offices across more than 60 countries and a workforce of 300,000+ employees.

This role will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning strategies that enable our global operations teams to deliver exceptional workplace services. You will partner with facilities and program teams to transform complex operational concepts into engaging, scalable educational experiences that drive measurable results across diverse geographic regions.

Key job responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy & Program Design

  • Own end-to-end learning program development by collaborating with subject matter experts from facilities and program teams to identify skill gaps and design technical training content that addresses operational needs

  • Design and implement learning assets that achieve 90%+ adoption rates, helping global support delivery teams optimize the use of operational tools, dashboards, and processes

  • Develop scalable learning solutions leveraging adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and modern learning technologies

  • Content Development & Delivery

  • Create engaging, multi-format learning content including user manuals, online reference guides, e-learning modules, video tutorials, and job aids that facilitate change adoption

  • Deliver training programs through various modalities (virtual, in-person, self-paced) to accommodate global audiences across time zones and learning preferences

  • Ensure all learning materials align with Amazon's customer obsession by focusing on internal customer needs and operational outcomes

  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze usability and adoption data to prioritize learning objectives, track training effectiveness, and measure tool adoption rates

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning programs, including completion rates, knowledge retention, and operational impact

  • Calculate and report ROI of learning initiatives, demonstrating clear connections between training investments and operational results (e.g., defect reduction, efficiency gains)

  • Change Management & Communication

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication and change management plans for the implementation of new tools, processes, and operational standards

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and regional operations teams to ensure seamless rollout of learning initiatives

  • Drive innovation in learning methodologies by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program, project management, or training/learning experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with global or distributed teams across multiple regions
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e Learning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
  • Experience analyzing business metrics and training data to measure program effectiveness
  • Proven experience designing and delivering technical training for operations or facilities management audiences
  • Experience in facilities management, support operations, or customer service
