Principal Product Manager, World Wide Returns and Recommerce
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of a new, external-facing product and associated customer experiences. This role will own a critical set of capabilities that enable external partners and client applications to integrate seamlessly with our systems, while also delivering intuitive, high-quality customer-facing experiences.
This is a 0→1 role focused on building and scaling a new business capability. You will define the long-term vision and product strategy, working backwards from customer needs to design scalable product solutions and user experiences that drive adoption.
You will operate across multiple layers of the stack—owning APIs, integrations, and orchestration, while also shaping first-party applications and workflows. This role requires strong technical depth, product judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
- Key job responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product and product offering
- Design and deliver scalable APIs and integration frameworks that support a wide range of external partners (e.g., SaaS products, marketplaces, enterprise systems)
- Build and evolve customer-facing experiences, including first-party applications and workflows, to drive adoption and usability
- Work closely with engineering teams to influence architecture, system design, and technical trade-offs across distributed systems
- Establish best practices for API design, developer experience, versioning, and system interoperability
- Partner with business development and partner teams to onboard and scale integrations
- Own end-to-end product delivery from ideation through launch and iteration, operating effectively in ambiguous environments
- Drive alignment across multiple teams and systems to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions
- Define success metrics and use data to continuously improve product performance, adoption, and customer experience
- Identify and expand into adjacent problem spaces as the business evolves
A day in the life
You will work closely with engineering, design, and partner teams to define and deliver product capabilities and customer-facing experiences. You will engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful integrations. You will balance short-term delivery with long-term product scalability, continuously improving the product based on data and customer feedback.
About the team
The team is focused on building scalable product capabilities and customer experiences that enable external partners and clients to integrate with our systems. We operate in a highly collaborative environment, working across multiple teams to deliver solutions that support a wide range of use cases and drive meaningful business impact.
