Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. As the Sr. Manager for Antenna Systems, you’ll lead a team of Product Managers focused on defining the roadmap for Amazon Leo’s portfolio of antennas and accessories that connect our customers to our LEO satellite constellation. You’ll set our antenna product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and show a high degree of ownership over delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a very cross-functional role, working closely with engineering, design, finance, and Leo & Amazon leaders as we define, develop, and launch innovative products.
The right candidate will have demonstrated success leading high-judgement product management teams, experience with RF systems, and delivering hardware products. - Key job responsibilities
- Manage the Leo Antenna systems product line lifecycle from inception, through launch and customer adoption.
- Deeply understand customer needs, and translate those needs to a prioritized roadmap of product and feature requirements.
- Be a relentless advocate for our customers and how we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop a product vision and work with stakeholders across Leo and Amazon to bring that vision to life in the products your team owns.
- Hire and develop a world-class team of product managers
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
- Experience building products for LEO or other satellite communication systems
- Experience managing product lifecycles for RF antenna systems

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
