
Executive Assistant, Core Shopping
About the role
Amazon's Core Shopping team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leaders. This role requires the ability to think and plan ahead, manage time effectively, handle ambiguous situations with tact and professionalism, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little or no supervision. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate the needs of their leader and act accordingly, while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
- Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements, including coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Coordinate closely with other executive assistants across the organization to ensure smooth operation and alignment
- Organize and execute large-scale team events, off-sites, and team-building activities
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items
- Manage expense reporting and procurement tasks using internal tools
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Draft communications and correspondence on behalf of the leader
- Support onboarding of new team members and manage team space logistics
- Act as a liaison between the leader and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and professional communication
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
