As a Product Marketing Manager on the Lifecycle Experiences team, you will own go-to-market strategy for our product suite and customer engagement programs. You will translate customer insights and lifecycle data into compelling, localized marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with product, tech, retail, and regional teams to design, launch, and optimize programs at scale.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in customer journeys, and is energized by building experiences customers love.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute localized go-to-market plans for new programs, features, and seasonal campaigns - balancing global frameworks with local nuance
  • Partner with product and tech teams to define customer segmentation, targeting logic, and personalization strategies that improve engagement and retention
  • Analyze lifecycle funnel metrics, identify drop-off points, and design data-driven interventions to accelerate customer engagement
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize messaging, channels, and incentive structures
  • Collaborate with regional retail, Prime, and category teams to align lifecycle programs with broader business priorities
  • Build and present business reviews and program narratives to senior leadership, including WBR/MBR inputs and OP planning contributions
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, bringing deep understanding to product and program decisions
