About the role

Come build the future of node-level demand planning at Amazon Brazil. We're looking for a Demand Planning Manager to design and operate a first-of-its-kind planning capability that shifts us from network-level buying to hyper-local, same-day replenishment precision.
In this role, you will own the methodology, tooling, and execution of node-level demand plans across. You'll assess consumption patterns, build planning tools from scratch, operate them on pilot nodes, and ultimately translate your logic into automation requirements. You'll work cross-functionally with SCOT, IPC, Operations, and Finance to ensure inventory is in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity.

Key job responsibilities
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from zero-to-one, and wants to directly influence customer availability metrics at scale.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing node-level demand planning methodology where none exists today
  • Building SQL-based planning tools that generate buying recommendations within 6–8hr replenishment cycles
  • Operating and validating plans against a 95% in-stock target at pilot nodes
  • Partnering cross-functionally to bridge manual planning with long-term automation
  • Packaging planning logic into scalable automation specifications

About the team
The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team owns the end-to-end demand signal for BR Retail, connecting category strategy to execution across buying, operations, and finance. We operate at the intersection of data, systems, and business judgment — translating complexity into actionable plans that drive customer experience and business growth.
