The Brazil First Mile Operations External Fulfillment (EF Ops) team is responsible for the logistic of marketplace and works with third party sellers. We seek a Program Manager to lead our product developments and regular business reviews.

External Fulfillment (EF) includes a variety of programs in which Amazon works hand in hand with a wide range of Sellers and Vendors to ship product from their warehouse.
Key job responsibilities
The EF Ops Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives working with teams in Brazil and abroad to design new processes, drive technology solutions and create project documentation and report results to senior leadership. The goal is to deploy impactful improvements that enhance the overall customer experience of the EF program and support our rapid growth. Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, conducting root cause analysis, proposing solutions, preparing monthly and quarterly reports. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Transportation, Product, Business, Supply Chain, and other EF teams across the world. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver, organized, able to drive initiatives across teams to arrive at successful outcomes.
A day in the life
As the EF Ops Program Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning cycles for EF OPS proposing mechanisms and tools to scale our operation while improving results and the team´s productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify pain points and scope impactful projects.
- Liaise with stakeholders to drive projects, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business, operations need with technical constraints.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of EF operations pain points, then work with product teams to scope and implement short- and long-term technical solutions.
- Manage weekly project status meetings and leverage project management tools to track initiatives.
- Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly managerial reports detailing key program and project updates.
Above all, you will be the single-threaded owner responsible for driving your assigned projects to successful completion.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced English
- Program or project management experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
