About the role

The Emerging Payments team is seeking a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Program Manager to own and scale the Seller Pays Installments (SPI) program. SPI enables 3P sellers to offer interest-free credit card installments to customers on enrolled ASINs, driving conversion and enhancing the customer value proposition.

You will lead collaboration with 3P business teams and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that grow program adoption and improve the seller and customer experience. You will be the face and voice of the SPI program, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of successes, risks, and program status. You will tailor your communications to specific audiences and communicate clearly and concisely to both business and technical stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

  • KPI Auditing & Action Planning: Own the end-to-end monitoring of SPI program KPIs (enrollment, adoption, conversion lift, GMS contribution). Conduct regular audits, identify performance gaps, and develop data-driven action plans to close them.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with the 3P Marketplace team and technology/engineering teams to align on program priorities, unblock dependencies, and drive execution against milestones.
  • Product Development Support: Collaborate with product and tech teams to define requirements, test hypotheses, and launch features that increase the SPI value proposition for sellers and customers.
  • Value Proposition Enhancement: Lead initiatives to improve program attractiveness—including fee structure optimization, benefit communication, and enrollment experience—with the goal of increasing seller participation and customer conversion.
  • Program Reporting & Communication: Build and maintain integrated reporting for program health. Deliver monthly write-ups, executive summaries, and stakeholder updates. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make appropriate trade-offs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline cross-team processes, improve operational efficiency, and create scalable mechanisms for program growth.
