Delivery Networks & Technologies team builds and operates the mapping and geospatial intelligence that powers Amazon's global delivery network. Our vision is to provide the best solutions for Amazon Delivery Networks with a focus on safe, efficient, and frictionless delivery experiences. We build solutions that support drivers globally, leveraging innovative technologies including machine learning, computer vision, and large language models to enrich our in-house solutions with high-quality geospatial data. To achieve this objective, we manage a portfolio of vendors who supply critical geospatial data across markets worldwide.

We are looking for a strategic and analytically driven Sr Vendor Manager to join our team. In this role, you will own end-to-end vendor relationships, and drive commercial and operational outcomes that keep our geospatial data performing at the highest standard.

  • Develop and implement vendor performance improvement plans, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to understand data requirements, validate acceptance criteria, and ensure vendor deliverables meet quality and coverage standards

  • Report on vendor performance and commercial outcomes in regular forums with senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Identify and drive opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve vendor management processes across the team
