Product Quality Leader, Amazon Private Brand
Amazon Private Label Quality Team is seeking a smart, passionate, hard-working, and creative team player to join our organization. This is an exciting and challenging position where you will support Amazon's Private Brands global product development and validation initiatives.
As Product Quality leader, you will lead and manage a team of quality managers and engineers across multiple product categories and marketplaces simultaneously. Additionally, you will support and drive process improvement initiatives across Amazon's Private Brands organization.

Key job responsibilities

Lead Complex Project Management: Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously through effective work prioritization, planning, and task delegation

Drive Quality Excellence: Manage quality metrics and performance by ensuring necessary reviews and actions are in place, leading global meetings and projects as needed. Determine and execute strategies and goals for improving quality and productivity

Enhance Process Visibility: Improve visibility of product development and validation processes by designing appropriate reporting mechanisms and communicating plans to partner stakeholders

Own Strategic Roadmap: Own and drive the product quality roadmap for management metrics, providing key interface and insightful analysis regarding headcount and capital resource allocation

Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Integrate strong and clear analysis with sound business rationale into strategic decision-making processes

Champion AI Innovation: Advocate for and lead the adoption of AI applications within the product quality team, driving the integration of AI-powered tools and automation to enhance quality processes and decision-making
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
- Experience managing and delivering product quality or testing
- Experience in data-driven business operations processes
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, including operations
- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
- 10-year experience in product development, manufacturing or testing in manufacturing sector or sourcing office of global retailer
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 9+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Experience managing the end-to-end product life cycle as a product manager
