Key Responsibilities:

• Key in the information in system. Make sure the information in system is correct and align with requirement.
• Follow the SOP and requirement to check the material and contact seller to clarify unclear information.
• Escalate the issue and problem timely. Focusing on process improvement that would provide the best possible seller/customer experience.
• Manage daily, weekly or monthly business reporting as required.
• Additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration experience
• Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transporation, supply chain, or business
• Licensed customs broker
• Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
• Experience in customs
