We are seeking a talented individual to join our 3PL Control Tower (3PL CT) team, and play a pivotal role in the evolution of our EU External Fulfilment (EF) network.
With approximately 40 sites operating flexible solutions, EF provides network capacity solve, special fulfilment, and market expansion solutions across EU. As EF undergoes a technological shift to Amazon Fulfilment Technology e Xternalized (AFTX), we need to develop enhanced expertise in Inbound process paths to help scale an optimized operational execution support model for EU and out of EU geographies.
That's where the EU 3PL Control Tower (CT) comes in!. The primary goal of the Control Tower is to improve execution and efficiency of daily & weekly operational activities. It aims at providing operational expertise end-to-end support to 3PL buildings across the External Fulfilment chain through standardized and optimized processes with simplified, frustration-free communication. Control Tower puts innovation and excellence at the heart of the main core pilar, constantly seeking better ways to serve Ops teams & 3PL partners.
The minimum base pay per year for this position is PLN 79,040.
The goal of EU 3PL Control Tower is to provide an excellent operational end to end 24/7 support in 3PL buildings across European External Fulfilment chain. We aim to provide the standardized and optimized process with frustration free communication. This role is for a highly driven and motivated individual with operational experience and innovative, hands-on approach.
This position involves the daily operational tasks resolutions and day to day communication with 3PL and Amazon team of problem solvers and node managers on their KPIs management. The successful candidate will be responsible for group of tasks involving KPI monitoring, solving system issues and analyzing process standards execution. This person has a strong delivery record, attention to details and will be able to work independently with limited supervision.
This position involves working in a rotating shift system, which may include Saturdays, Sundays, night shifts, day shift and on-call duty.
As EU 3PL Control Tower Specialist you will support Inbound 3PL operations, drive the continuous improvement and process standardization and optimization. You will conduct weekly process analysis that will drive to process waste reduction.
Key job responsibilities
As an EU 3PL Control Tower Inbound Specialist, you will support inbound 3PL operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead process standardization and optimization. You will conduct weekly process analysis to identify and reduce process waste. Your daily responsibilities include:

Monitoring and analyzing site-level hourly performance to identify trends and escalate issues promptly, ensuring operational targets are met across the European 3PL network.

Providing operational guidance to 3PL partners and serving as the communication bridge between 3PL providers and Amazon stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and resolution timelines.

Uploading critical data for supply chain and transportation visibility and checking process compliance against Amazon standards.

Supporting with launches and migration with subject matter expertise, implementing required tasks for further operational support

Resolving system discrepancies

About the team
The mission of EU 3PL Control Tower Inbound team is to strive for process optimization and prevention of problems related to the inbound and RELO process. The team supports external fulfillment warehouses during their working hours, solving problems or guiding sites toward independent resolution. Due to its deep specialist knowledge of inbound and RELO processes, the Control Tower Inbound team provides proactive support for projects such as the implementation of new processes and tools, as well as reactive support in solving current operational problems.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with data
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level or above
- Inbound/Reverse Logistics (RELO) previous experience
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience of stakeholder management including building and maintaining professional relationships
- Experience in an operational environment, such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Upper intermediate proficiency in English
- Experience using Amazon Quick Sight dashboard for deep dive purposes
- Analytical skills to perform daily dive deeps.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Dynamo
DB or Power BI:
- Previous experience with tools such: Freight Management Console (FMC), Yard Management (YMS), Dockmaster, General Inbound troubleshooting tools, Removals Central Portal, IPT, Eagle Eye, Picking Console, OB and IB Rodeo, VIP, Unified Portal
