The Amazon Advertising Deals Desk team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Analyst (FA) to join the Deal Desk team and support core aspects of the Direct Advertiser Agreements program. This team owns benchmarking, deal evaluation, defining guardrails, negotiating deal terms and support monetization initiatives. As a FA you will have the exposure to all aspects of deal making and support the deliverables for this team.
This role will work closely with Sales and Product teams to evaluate and determine the long-term strategy to drive incremental Advertising Revenue. Day to day activities include reviewing program adoption, evaluating and building long term revenue proposals, support accounting, and reporting initiatives such as monthly and quarterly business reviews. As a Financial Analyst, you will be at the center of our deal approval operations, reviewing campaigns and deals daily, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines, and managing the approval workflow for both Managed Services and Sales-enabled self-service execution deals. You will work extensively within our Order Management System (OMS) to evaluate applied rates against Pricing Hub benchmarks and make critical approval decisions that impact revenue and advertiser relationships.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to partner with Sales and Product teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
- 2+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a sales or sales support role
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
