• Key job responsibilities
• 配送管理
  入荷した商品の仕分け・出荷作業および配送ルートの計画を立案します。
  “どのアイテムを、いつ、何人で仕分けするか”、
  “どの地域に、どのような順番で配送するか”
  などをプランニングしてください。
  全体の作業・人員計画はシニアエリアマネージャーが行ないます。連携をしっかり取り、仕分けや配送などが滞りなく進む計画を立ててください。
• シフト・勤怠・作業管理
  仕分けや出荷、配送などを担うスタッフの管理業務です。人員は数十名。物流量に合わせてシフトを組むほか、業務がスムーズに進捗しているかなどを管理します。シフト調整を担当するアシスタントスタッフ（3～4名）と連携し、状況把握や指示出しなどをしてください。業務管理は社内システムで行います。
• 業務改善
  安全・品質・生産性向上や業務効率化などを実現するための業務です。業務フローや業務環境、作業内容などにおける問題を見つけ、改善案やその実施計画を立案します。シニアエリアマネージャーとは定期的に業務改善のミーティングをするため、積極的に意見を出してください。

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience interacting with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
