Join the Quick Identity, Governance, and Security team as we transform how enterprises harness Agentic AI with Amazon Quick. You'll drive the strategy and roadmap for identity and governance features that enable millions of users to securely access and interact with data across AWS and third-party applications—powering the next generation of autonomous, intelligent workflows.
You'll solve critical problems that directly impact our largest customers. You'll define how Quick simplifies identity onboarding, integrates identity context across capabilities, and delivers streamlined SaaS identity experiences connecting Quick to first-party AWS applications and third-party data sources.
This role puts you at the center of essential customer needs. You'll prioritize and deliver P0 features including multi-region DR, IAM federation to Identity Center migration, and direct Just-in-Time IDP integration. Your work will directly address the identity and enterprise governance requirements that determine whether customers can adopt and scale Amazon Quick across their organizations, especially as they deploy Agentic AI capabilities.
You'll help drive our strategy around agent identity, including agent-to-agent identity frameworks that enable secure, autonomous interactions. You'll simplify the end user experience to create frictionless and secure access to company data across hundreds of data sources, ensuring governance at scale without sacrificing usability.
You'll drive decisions that balance technical complexity with customer urgency. The problems you solve here aren't theoretical—they're the blockers preventing our fastest-growing customers from expanding their Quick deployments.
